Sales Representative

Sales Reps keep the business of HMA rolling. They tirelessly reach out to clients and prospects in order to acquire new business. They specialize in personal interaction, working directly with clients and with plant and paving superintendents to ensure satisfied customers.

Education requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Industry training
  • Continuing education

Other requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of HMA paving

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
