Plant Operator

As part of the production team, Plant Operators run the structural, mechanical and electrical systems in an asphalt plant. Working with quality control personnel, they are the first step in producing the high-quality asphalt that has built the American road network.
Education requirements:
High school graduate, GED, or higher
Industry training

Other requirements:
Good mechanical skills
Basic computer skills
Initiative
Team player

Compensation: $18 - $20/hour
