Plant Crew Member

Teamwork is the watchword of the Plant Crew. Members work in tandem to operate, inspect, maintain and repair the production equipment and plant buildings. Doing whatever it takes, they’re the lifeblood of every efficient Hot Mix Asphalt plant.

Education requirements:
High school graduate, GED or higher
Industry training

Other requirements:
Good mechanical skills
Team player

Compensation: $10 to $23 per hour
